About us

Jared opened the doors of his butchery on 1 August 2019. With over 15 years experience on the South Coast, the dream of a country life, and owning his own butchery brought him and his wife Amy too Lockhart.

What started out as a 1 butcher show (Jared), has now evolved into a family business with Amy working alongside Jared, a second qualified butcher and an apprentice. 

When Jared and Amy are not in their store, they spend there time with their two kids Noah and Milla in their community.
